Summer Camp Cancellation & Disenrollment Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
- 1 Month or More in Advance: Full (100%) refund.
- 3 to 4 Weeks Before Camp Start Date: 70% refund.
- Less than 3 Weeks Before Camp: No refunds will be issued.
Behavior & Disenrollment Policy
We are committed to creating a positive and successful experience for all campers. Our staff will work closely with children to encourage appropriate behavior and provide support as needed. However, in cases where a child’s behavior is unsafe or significantly disruptive to the camp environment, we reserve the right to disenroll a student at any time.
If a child is disenrolled due to behavioral concerns:
- A 50% refund will be issued for any unused camp days during the week of disenrollment.
- Refunds for subsequent weeks will follow the standard cancellation policy outlined above.
